Lucia Larese is a published author of 4 books in self – development. She lives in Rome (Italy Europe) and she presently gives breathwork sessions and virtual consultations by Zoom, as well as in person, both in Rome and in Trevignano Romano (Bracciano lake). Thanks to her method (LareseSpaceclearing®) and her peculiar sensitivity to energies, she leads her clients in a journey of transformation, grounding her philosophy on this simple motto: “Make space in your home, free your mind and recover the essentials”.
For many years, she used to be a manager in international affairs for pharmaceuticals, travelling throughout Europe. In 2001 she changed her life ” becoming a teacher of simplicity” as a popular Italian magazine defined her.
Master of the International Transpersonal Sundoor® school, led by Peggy Dylan, breathwork practitioner, she acquired competence in various techniques such as, among others, rebirthing. She blends her skills into her unique approach as result of a deep path of personal growth. Featured in several newspapers and magazines, radio interviews and television talk shows she is a columnist for Wall Street International Mag (Meer) since 2013. Her passions are firewalking and sailing.
