Ana Olivegren is an international teacher and therapist with over 35 years of clinical and group experience focusing on mental and emotional health using Firewalking, Counseling and Breathwork as her main tools. She is a corporate workshop leader, utilizing the firewalk as a driving force into action and results. She has been initiated into leading sweatlodges by Native American tribal teachers and is certified in other therapies such as Reiki, Urban Tantra and Classic Massage. Ana is also an interpreter for Swedish, English and Italian.

During the 1990’s she worked with teenagers managing a center and its staff, where she developed and implemented a unique method for running such centers. There she created a program to guide young people in their development into adulthood, which she now offers to schools and other centers.

In addition to this work Ana also offers relationship coaching, tantric teachings, regression therapy and stress management skills.

With great heart, humour and empathy, she has guided countless individuals and couples to find their inner joy and connection to self and others. Through generosity, contagious joy and straight communication she touches participants on a deep level and the healing laughter is never far away for those who meet her.

Ana has known and worked with Peggy Dylan since 1998, is a Certified Sundoor Master & Teacher, thereby certified to train others to lead firewalks. She uses both ancient rites and modern techniques, while teaching how to create a safe environment to explore the dimensions of inner growth.
